Lots of things happened today:
- I went to a pot luck picnic in New Farm Park with some of the translators at Red Hat.
- My mother told me she was two feet from stepping on a taipan or eastern brown snake yesterday, prompting an immediate and reflexive, What the fuck were you doing, trying to fucking ninja through the bush or something?! jkdshfasjdf. I am a charming and sympathetic child. Bless Chris and his reflexes; also, my mother is never allowed to bushwalk alone again.
- I cleaned. \o/
- I triumphed over a moodcrash. \o/

By far the most important, though?

I spent twenty minutes away from the computer this evening and now I know how Book!verse goes.



...well, okay, that's maybe not as important as mum nearly standing on one of the top three deadliest land snakes in the entire fucking WORLD, but it is the most important AWESOME thing about today. *clutches head* Mon dieu.

NaNoWriMo 2009: Book!Verse
...and for 48hours, Rocfall.

I SUPPOSE I'D BETTER HURRY UP AND FIGURE OUT WHAT BOOK!VERSE IS ACTUALLY CALLED, HUH. Once again, a 'verse with no native female characters, orz, why do you do this to me brain.

Today:
- I met the new guy; he seems reliable. :D
- I finished my boss's commission.
- Lucien broke the Golem.
- Book!Verse merged with Third Gift.
- I developed a severe headache and decided to go to bed.

It occurred to me sometime during writing your prompt that it was a good thing I was withholding the beetle-in-the-privet fic, because with the prompts you give me, you bloody well deserve it. ;_;

Anyway. These are from practically forever ago. WHAT WAS WITH ALL THE DEATH PROMPTS, GUYS, JESUS.

[EDIT] Oh, and kuchibue - I know at some point you and I worked out that the supporting character in Book!verse was dead and kind of awesome, but I am buggered if I can remember anything else about him. XD I know he sulked a lot. (He is probably going to sulk more now that I can't remember him properly, isn't he. I need a character database.)
