Hmm.  
This is interesting, although not terribly accurate. When I write men, I write like a man; when I write women, I write like a woman. Which is a good thing, I guess, for realism, but not so much for subversion. Hrmmmph. *immediately sets about deconstructing her writing*

(It's pretty close to androgynous most of the time, mind you, but... well, I'm not sure I agree with their word choices.)

I copy/pasta'd three different passages from Fade (last years NaNo to exact) and every single time I was definitely told the writing was done by a male lol. It was a significant gap to between the words choices.

Don't think I agree with their word choices either but mostly I was confused because the colours the words were highlighted in didn't match the colours the words are XD

I think it's based on the idea that women write about the relationships between things and men write about actions, but, enh. I want to see the theory behind it.
